The Australian Government is committed to consulting the community on the flight paths for WSI. All stakeholders are encouraged to provide their feedback on the project and the draft EIS. For your feedback to be considered by the Minister for the Environment and Water, we recommend you make a formal submission on the draft EIS. This is because the final EIS must take account of any comments received during the exhibition period and contain a summary of comments and how comments have been addressed under the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 (Cth).
Formal submissions can be made during the formal draft EIS exhibition period via the following methods:
Posted to:

All submissions received within the exhibition period will be considered by the flight path team as the EIS and flight paths are finalised. A Submissions Report will also be developed as part of the finalisation of the EIS. Where issues raised in submissions are identified, these will be considered and responded to within this report. Responses to individual submissions will not be provided as part of this process.
